Questions about the JOPT exam
01 1.1 Can I choose the exam time as I wish?
Yes. The system allows you to actively choose a suitable exam time during the day. Each test session offers 11 fixed time slots, starting from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM (i.e., 9 AM, 10 AM, 11 AM, … up to 7 PM). You are only allowed to take the exam once per session and cannot change the time slot after the specified deadline.
02 1.2 How many times can I take the JOPT in a year?
You can participate in multiple JOPT sessions within the same year. However, you may only take the exam once per session.
03 1.3 Can I reschedule my exam?
Yes. You are allowed to reschedule your exam one time only, as long as you do so at least 7 days before the official exam date. Once the change is successfully made, the system will send a confirmation email with the updated information.
04 1.4 Will I lose my exam slot if I haven’t paid yet?
The system will send you a reminder if your registration is not completed within 24 hours. If you fail to complete the registration by the deadline, your exam slot will not be reserved.
